Cancellation Policy

Much like a ticket to a sporting event or concert, our event registrations are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend the event, a registration credit can be issued for the full dollar amount of your registration. Credits are valid for one full calendar year from the date of the original event.

In order to receive a credit, you must contact the G3 Marketing office prior to the start of the event. In order to redeem an existing credit, please contact the G3 Marketing office prior to completing your registration.

If you are cancelling a free registration, we ask that you please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the event so that we can find another deserving attendee.

If any event’s athlete(s), date(s), times, and/or location changes, you are entitled to cancel your registration and receive a full refund of any registration fees paid. The participant waives any and all damages that may arise as a result of such changes.

If any event is cancelled by G3 Marketing, you will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid. The participant waives any and all damages that may arise as a result of the event being cancelled.

G3 Marketing has sole discretion to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Cancellation Policy from time to time. New versions of the Cancellation Policy will be posted on G3 Marketing website(s) if applicable.
