An Operations Intern will assist the Operations Coordinator in the day-to-day planning and executing of event operations. He/she will assist in the logistics of each event, ensuring that it is planned and executed according to company guidelines. This includes but is not limited to:
• Securing an event venue
• Establishing trade relationships
• Producing on-site activities
• Managing an in-market intern team
• Configuring travel logistics
Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Applicants must be self-motivated, detail oriented, demonstrate eagerness to learn and take directions, and see tasks through to completion.
Ability to be creative, work independently and efficiently, and develop solid relationships is a must. Working knowledge of and interest in professional sports is preferred.
